FLOW is a video series created by medical professionals that will teach you powerful coping skills to support you throughout cancer treatment and beyond.
FLOW will help you to manage the strong emotions that tend to arise after a cancer diagnosis.
FLOW will also help you understand and cope with cancer-related fears.
Introducing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)*
DBT is an evidence-based therapy that allows an individual to work through negative thoughts that can have a large impact on their physical and emotional well-being. It has been proven to significantly decrease anxiety, stress and depression, while enhancing the quality of life for people with cancer.
Flow will teach you DBT skills to help you feel more grounded and present when anxiety or fears arise.
Meet Your Cancer Fighting Team
Hi, we're Christine & Sarah.
As medical professionals we've seen countless patients affected by debilitating fear and anxiety brought on by cancer.
We created FLOW to help you move through these strong emotions with greater strength and resiliency.
It is our goal that, by the end of the course, you will feel more calm and in-control because you will be equipped with the skills you need to manage your negative thoughts, worries, and emotions.
"This unique course will benefit you regardless of where you are in your cancer journey.
There are no others like it!"
- Cheryl, 2 x Breast Cancer Survivor
Your FLOW experience includes
(5) Modules that will help you:
Cope with cancer-related fears
Have more insight and control over your emotions
Handle difficult news or situations more rationally
Worry less about things that are out of your control
Stay present in the moment with your loved ones
"You will NOT get the same transformation from reading a book or learning about DBT online.
You don’t have to allow feelings of sadness, anger, anxiety, fear, or grief consume and overwhelm you.
You don’t have suffer alone."
- Diane, Lung Cancer Survivor
1. How long is the course?
FLOW consists of 5 modules, which are each paired with practical exercises so that you can apply what you've learned to your own life. In order to effectively integrate the skills we teach, we recommend doing 1 module per week so that you're not overwhelmed with information, and you're able to adopt and sustain behavioral changes.
2. Do you guarantee results?
Since your results depend on the amount of time and effort you dedicate to the learning and applying the course material, we do not guarantee results. With that being said, we are confident that we have provided you with extremely valuable content which can provide positive transformations if you put in the effort.
3. Do you offer refunds?
Yes! However due to the highly valuable course content we will only issue refunds for the first 30 days after purchase to those who can prove to us that they have tried the practices and completed the exercises.
4. What type of technology would I need for this course?
The videos and exercises are best suited for a laptop or desktop computer. If you have access to a printer, we highly recommend printing out the worksheets when completing the exercises for best results.
5. What makes this course so unique?
This is the only video-based course you will find online that uses skills from *Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support people touched by cancer in this unique learning format. Rather than simply providing you with information, our practical teaching methods will help you to achieve transformative results.
6. Where do the course proceeds go?
The course proceeds go to Childhood Cancer Programs in Toronto, Canada, and making our courses available in developing countries.
"I'm a private person so I when my family was trying to get me to talk to a therapist and join a support group I said forget it!
I enjoyed FLOW because I could do it alone and on my own time. I felt like I could relate to all of the videos and they really understood what I was going through."
- Alicia, Stage IV Colon Cancer Survivor
