Please Note:  the following lists of food swaps are just examples.  If you're not a fan of them, try to come up with some of your own. 

The most important thing to remember is that DON'T have to change everything overnight...making gradual changes is the KEY TO SUCCESS!  

Start with 1-2 swaps per week for long term results.
