Bone health is too often neglected by Oncologists when it should be an essential component of the treatment care plan for ALL people with cancer.

Another easy way to get Vitamin D is from direct sunlight. 

Aim to get 10-30 minutes of sun several times a week, but safely of course, wearing a sunscreen with an SPF of 50 or more.
